I was having a little plumbing leak so I just googled a rooter this morning to come snake one of our drains. I found a coupon online for Elite Rooter in Ventura. The plumber and division manager Juan Hernandez did a video scan of inside the pipes with this black and white screen you could barely see on. He basically showed me the joints in our pipes and told me our pipes were cracked, broken and needed to be replaced… the whole nine yards. Horrible plumbing scammers. Never use this company! The whole job would’ve cost us $8000!!! I thought maybe the Maiden Community might have a plumber I could call for a 2nd opinion. That clearly should have been my first step! Nshan Kazandzhyan from K&P Rooter Service came out in like 30 mins. He had an actual professional color screen camera and showed me there was NO crack or break in our pipes. Saved us thousands and didn’t even charge me for the second opinion! We will be using K&P Rooter Service for EVERY situation forevermore. Nshan is not only knowledgeable, he is kind, trustworthy and he took the time to educate me so this doesn’t happen to me again. Not that it would, K&P is now our forever plumber and they should be for you too! You’ll thank me later (and them!) 😅🙏
